when i was on my solo trip in europe the first guy i bumped into in at the hostel in berlin was a busker who told me he was working on an album. i caught a few glimpses of demos while we were hanging out but didn't think much of it
last night i saw on his instagram that his album was released and gave it a listen and really loved it! this first track is about his experience in berlin. it's cool to see someone write a song about an experience you shared

on the topic of chance encounters with people and listening to their music, someone starred one of my github projects a few months back, so i took a look at their profile and saw that they were a guitarist and gave their music a listen - this is one of their songs!
it turned out to be extremely good, and also technically very impressive. on top of all this the guy is a PM at Slack. gives me hope that its possible to balance music with a tech career
i can't believe this has close to 0 listens on spotify. it's always wonderful to meet a stranger (even if its through an ephemeral encounter online) and find that they make beautiful music. feels like discovering a secret treasure trove. a similar experience: bumping into a guy at a hostel in berlin and listening to his album months later:
