synesthesia.club is a social music journal.
Get in touch with your taste. Use synesthesia to write:
- Why you like a song
- How it reminds you of other songs
- Parts of a song you want to learn on your instrument
- How a song inspires you
- What a song means to you
:
You can share these notes and follow other people, so you can bond over your favorite music or share inspiration with bandmates.
You can also see all the connections you've drawn between songs, to see unexpected connections.
Synesthesia encourages active, mindful listening. Instead of passively consuming whatever the algorithm gives you, it prompts you to really pay attention to what you're listening to.
Why do you like this song? How is it structured? How does it make you feel? Does it inspire nostalgia? Does it remind you of any other songs? Does it make you want to dance?
Does it inspire you?
