  • Synesthesia Club is solely responsible for its products and services. Spotify and other third parties are not liable for any issues or claims arising from your use of Synesthesia Club.
  • Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of this End User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, and is entitled to directly enforce these terms against you.

When you use Synesthesia Club, we access information through your Spotify account that you authorize us to access, including:

  • Your Spotify profile information (display name, profile picture)
  • Your listening activity (currently playing, recently played, and top tracks)
